Founded in early 2018, with more than 250 team members today, we helped the client bringing everyone together, actually for the second time.

The fact that we had worked with this client before really helped us narrow it down quickly. It would be on the beautiful lake Garda.

After the location is confirmed, we move on to the transport and room assignment bit. Which is always an interesting game of Tetris, especially for teams as big as this one. After all, teams are built around the table, so we take great care of designing all meals together with the client.

A facilitator from our team also got involved and went into the nitty gritty details of the workshops and team building exercises with the organizers, while Elisa planned the activities such as the morning workouts, the afterworks and meals.

People often take for granted that when a retreat is planned, the work is done. But having our dedicated host available for the client at all times allows for seamless coordination, last minute transfer changes and priceless extended party time!
