We hosted 30 members of Quick Release for a week long “intimate” retreat with the goal to reconnect as individuals as well as officially unveil the next 2 years' plan.
We took them to an Italian island and watch nature do its work. The water, the mountains and the blue sky allowed for a myriad of activities from morning dips to afternoon hikes, creating many opportunities for genuine connections and feeling of togetherness. We gave time for meals which, as cliche as it sounds, really do bring people together.
